HUGE LIGHT-FILLED CAROLINA ROOM

One of the biggest highlights of this home is the oversized Carolina room.

Surrounded by windows and filled with natural light, this large second living area gives your group plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded.

The Carolina room features:

Multiple comfortable sofas
Large TV
Plenty of seating
Ceiling fans
Dedicated mini-split heating and air conditioning
Updated wood-look flooring
Bright views of the Ocean Lakes neighborhood

For a home sleeping 9 guests, having this much additional living space is a huge plus.

Adults can relax and visit while the kids watch a movie, or everyone can gather together for games, conversation, and family time.

COMPLIMENTARY LIMO GOLF CART

One of the best parts of an Ocean Lakes vacation is getting around by golf cart — and this home takes it up a notch with a complimentary limo golf cart.

Load up the beach towels and chairs and cruise toward the ocean, head to Sandy Harbor, grab lunch or ice cream, visit the Game Center, or simply enjoy an evening ride around the campground.

The larger limo-style cart is especially convenient for families who want to explore Ocean Lakes together.

Golf cart drivers must meet all rental and Ocean Lakes licensing and age requirements and follow campground golf cart rules.

PET-FRIENDLY OCEAN LAKES VACATION

Your four-legged family member can come along for the fun.

This home is pet friendly, making it a great option for guests searching for a pet-friendly Ocean Lakes or Myrtle Beach vacation rental.

Enjoy walks around the campground, relax together at the house, and spend your vacation without having to leave an important member of the family behind.

Applicable pet fees, house rules, and Ocean Lakes pet regulations apply.

ONE-LEVEL LIVING

All four bedrooms and the main living areas are located on one level.

That makes this home especially convenient for multi-generational families, grandparents, younger children, and guests who simply prefer fewer stairs.

The primary bedroom also features its own private bathroom, while a second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and living spaces.

LARGE EAT-IN KITCHEN

Vacationing with a family is much easier when you have a real kitchen.

The spacious kitchen includes:

Full-size refrigerator
Range
Microwave
Dishwasher
Disposal
Plenty of cabinets
Generous counter space
Eat-in dining area

Make breakfast before heading to the beach, prepare quick lunches between activities, or gather everyone together for dinner.

When nobody wants to cook, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, and Murrells Inlet offer plenty of restaurants and fresh seafood nearby.

WASHER & DRYER

The dedicated laundry area includes a washer and dryer, an especially convenient feature for families staying several days.

Swimsuits, beach clothes, and towels have a habit of multiplying at the beach, so having laundry at the house makes vacation life much easier.

EXTRA-LARGE LOT & GREAT PARKING

Space is another major advantage of this property.

The home sits on an extra-large double corner lot and offers generous parking, carport space, and garage/storage areas.

That extra room makes arrival, unloading groceries and luggage, and managing beach gear much easier.

Ocean Lakes vehicle passes are separate.
